Q: How many players are on a team?
A: Teams typically have 10–11 players max.

Q: Is playing time equal for all teammates?
A: No. Playing time is earned through hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude.

Q: Do you accommodate multi-sport athletes?
A: Unfortunately, no. We expect full commitment to practices and tournaments,
apart from pre-planned family events or family/medical emergencies. Any
absences should be approved by the coach in advance.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes. Payments are split into three installments, with the final payment due
by January 1st.

Q: Will there be fundraising opportunities?
A: Yes. We will provide a few club-organized fundraising options and are open
to new ideas.

Q: How far will families travel for tournaments?
A: Most travel tournaments are within 4–6 hours. Travel decisions are made
collaboratively between coaches and families.

Q: Are private lessons available?
A: Yes. Many ECMo coaches offer private lessons. We also offer small group
and one-on-one sessions with our Private Training Specialist, Jake Pederson.

Q: When will athletes receive their jerseys?
A: Jerseys will be distributed at least 1 week prior to first tournament.

Q: When will the final tournament schedule be available?
A: The schedule will be finalized and shared by mid-December.

Q: Will there be a media day?
A: Yes! We are planning a Media Day in early January in partnership with
GRP Sports By Gracie Rae Photography.
