We’re looking for athletic, motivated coaches to join our fast-growing volleyball program. Right now, we serve teen girls in our 13U and 14U teams, but we’re preparing to expand—and we need leaders who want to grow with us. Our ideal coach is someone who leads by example, builds confidence in young athletes, and brings out the best in every player on and off the court.

We believe in more than just winning games. Our team culture is about grit, growth and positive leadership. We’re building a program that teen girls are proud to be part of—where they can compete hard, laugh loud and become the strongest versions of themselves. Coaches are at the heart of that. We’re looking for individuals who are not only physically active and knowledgeable in volleyball but who also have the mindset to mentor, inspire, and lead with authenticity.
